HOW CAN I ACCESS THE INTERNET?

Wi-Fi is free for our guests. Please contact the Reception Office to get the password.

SUPERMARKET

WHAT TIME DOES THE SUPERMARKET OPEN?

The supermarket is open from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm. During low season, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

RESTAURANT

WHAT TIME DOES THE RESTAURANT OPEN?

The restaurant is open from May 1st to September 25th from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm. The kitchen is open from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm and from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and the pizzeria from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

SWIMMING POOL

WHAT TIME DOES THE POOL OPEN?

The pool is open every day from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, weather permitting.

PARKING

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CAR?

Each housing unit has a parking space for one car or motorbike in the underground garage. The parking spot number matches the accommodation number.

PAYMENTS

WHERE CAN WE PAY THE BALANCE OF OUR STAY?

The balance of your stay can be settled by the day after arrival during the current Cash Office hours (09:00 - 11:00 / 16:00 - 18:00).

HOW CAN WE PAY?

Payments are accepted in cash, by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, EC/BANCOMAT, MAESTRO), and by bank transfer in advance. No bank cheques accepted.

ACCOMMODATION FEATURES

ARE BED LINEN AND TOWELS INCLUDED?

Bed linen, towels, tea towels, high chairs and baby cots can be rented.

CHECK-OUT

WHAT TIME CAN WE RETURN THE KEYS?

Key return is possible from 7:00 am to 9:00 am on the day of departure.

WHAT TIME DO WE HAVE TO VACATE THE ACCOMMODATION?

The accommodation must be left in good condition with no damage or missing items. by 9:00 am on the day of departure.

CHECK-IN

FROM WHAT TIME DO YOU DELIVER THE ACCOMMODATION?

If the accommodation is already available when you arrive, it will be handed over as soon as we complete the check-in. otherwise, the latest delivery time is scheduled for 6:00 pm.

WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE?

Registration at the reception is possible during the same hours (10:00–13:00 and 15:00–21:00)

ANIMALS

ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED IN THE RESIDENCE?

Animals of any type or size are not allowed inside the accommodations. Le Dune cannot accommodate any crew that shows up with an animal in tow.
